P-p-p-party everyday!!

A celebration of 250 years for that dude.

That dude responsible for that mug of foamy, bitter drink people love so much.

That dude responsible for drunken bar brawls. (Assuming people get drunk on beer easily)

That dude.

That one man.

Arthur Guinness.

If he were alive today, he would've turned a quarter of a MILLENIUM old!

So what did the world do?

Throw him a sweet sixteen party across the world le...

And it soooo happens that they chose KL as the Asian party place.

After allllllllll the controversy with who can enter and who can't and whatnot...

There we are, on the drained-out surf pool of Sunway Lagoon.

They didn't even check for our ID, so kelam-kabut their ticketing.

Went in with Her Royal Hotness Rueyyy :)

And got our tickets from the Shazzzz!!! (mwah!mwah!! You're the best :) :)

And bumped into Sandy while we were looking for the right Lagoon entrance :P

Went in there, and wow, I have to say...

Not bad for the free standing tickets! We were quite up close to the stage...

And no, no free flow...

Didn't even SEE a Guinness in near sight.

What kinda celebration izzit la?? Tak tau nak throw party...

Well, it's not like I drink... I was just there for the Peas :D

And they made us wait two and a half bloody hours for them!!

It kicked off at 8pm, with some Malaysian artistes rapping in Cantonese...

Then Reshmonu and Joe Flizzow... Okei la tuu...

Nyehhh. Hip hop and R&B concerts aren't much fun actually :(

Then some Taiwanese artistes took the stage.

Ohhhhhhh.
Maiiiiiiiiiiiiii.
GADDDDDDDD.

It was plainnnnn torturrrrrrrrrrre.

At that point, we were all so bored, and started chatting with everyone else around us.

EVERYONE was waiting for the Peas.

And by then, we were just counting off the songs and artistes we had to endure til the Peas came
on.

Assumed each kuchirek artiste had a slot of 3 songs to sing, so should be okay la...

But OMGWTHWTFFFF.

ONE friggin' song can take SOOOOOOO friggin' long.

Gila

Cekik darah.

Bunuh diri.

All they did was syok sendiri on stage while we booed them off by chanting for BEP.

It was the most horrible thing you can put someone through.

But we survived :)

And the Black Eyed Peas took the stage :) :) :)

And it was oh so goooooood.

They also syok sendiri a bit la, especially when Will.I.Am did his DJ-stint, sampling songs from
Nirvana, MJ, Timbaland, Kanye, etc etc etc...

But they did their thing, their hits, Where Is The Love, Pump It, Let's Get Retarded and all...

But we all knew why we were there for.

Boom Boom Pow, baby...

And then it alllllll ended perfectly with what I thought was the best of the night.

I Gotta Feelin... :D :D :D
